My name is Amy. I live in southern Wisconsin and consider myself a transplant. I moved here from my home state of Minnesota a little over seven years ago to follow my boyfriend, now husband, after we graduated from college. I started this blog a couple of years ago for a place for me to express my goals, successes and frustrations with training for my first Duathlon, which I completed at the end of September 2011. I have since completed a few 5k races, a 10k, the Lake Minnetonka Half Marathon, and another Duathlon in September 2012. New goals include losing weight and completing a 5k in under 35 minutes.
